Human Resources Coordinator

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive to support daily HR and admin operations. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment while ensuring accuracy and compliance in all HR and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:-
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle matters
  • Handle attendance, leave management, and HR documentation
  • Process monthly payroll and statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB)
  • Support employee relations, disciplinary matters, and HR advisory
  • Coordinate training, performance management, and staff development programs
  • Organize employee engagement activities, team building, and company events
  • Oversee office administration, procurement, and general office operations
  • Manage company licenses and compliance documents (e.g., DBKL License, insurance, etc.)
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers
  • Ensure smooth daily office functionality and supplies management
Requirements:-
  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 1–3 years relevant experience (fresh graduates may be considered)
  • Knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and payroll processes preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Able to handle confidential information professionally
