- Familiarity with website management (WordPress), SEO basics, and analytics tools.
- Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Canva, Mailchimp, Meta Ads, HubSpot/CRM.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing market trends and customer needs.
- Listen and understand customer requirements clearly.
- Develop and maintain good relationship with new and existing clients.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations and customized solutions for clients.
- Coordinate follow-ups, sales meetings, and CRM updates to maintain a strong client pipeline.
- Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Collaborate with the design/development team on website layout, structure, and UI/UX improvements.
- Manage and update the company’s IT product and service websites (WordPressbased).
- Write and edit web content, blog posts, landing pages, and case studies with SEO best practices.
- Manage official social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc) and schedule regular posts.
- Assist in other administrative work when required.
