Assistant Manager Talent Acqusition

You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions
• Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, career fairs, and networking events
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
• Conduct reference and background checks for selected candidates
• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our processes and strategies
• Assist with onboarding and orientation for new hires
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a recruitment agency or corporate setting
• Proven experience in sourcing and attracting top talent for various roles preferably in the automotive or FMCG sector.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques, including social media, job boards, and applicant tracking systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other recruitment software
• High level of professionalism and integrity
