Internship with IERP®
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Social Media & Digital Marketing Intern to support the planning, execution and monitoring of our digital initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing brand presence across multiple platforms and contributing to performance-driven marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in content planning, scheduling and publishing across LinkedIn, Facebook and other relevant platforms.
- Support the creation of copy, captions and basic visual content aligned with campaign objectives and brand tone.
- Monitor audience engagement, flag key conversations and assist in responding to comments or inquiries.
- Conduct competitor and trend research to inform content ideas and social strategies.
- Assist in preparing performance reports, tracking key metrics such as reach, engagement, and paid campaign performance.
- Coordinate with the design and events teams to ensure cohesive content delivery.
- Assist in data cleaning and monitor EDM analytics and groups.
- Play a strategic role in a leading institute shaping the future of risk practice
- Lead marketing strategy in a role with autonomy and visibility

Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline
- Strong written communication skills and an understanding of social media best practices
- Familiarity with social platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts including reach, engagement, CTR and audience targeting
- Proficiency in tools such as Canva, LinkedIn Ads Manager, Wordpress Backend or similar platforms is an advantage
- High attention to detail, strong time management, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
