- Good sales and negotiation skills. For Fresh graduates training will be provided but must able to learn and execute immediately
- Ability to perform financial needs analysis for clients.
- Basic understanding of Islamic finance and Shariah principles (training provided).
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and result-oriented.
- Integrity and trustworthiness in handling clients’ financial information.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Resilient and able to handle rejection.
- Professional appearance and conduct.
- Own transportation for client visits and events.
- Willing to work flexible hours (including evenings/weekends if needed).

- Client Engagement & Relationship Building
- Identify potential clients through networking, referrals, events, and online platforms.
- Understand clients’ needs by conducting financial and protection needs analysis.
- Educate clients about the concept of Takaful and how IT aligns with Islamic principles.
- Build trust-based, long-term relationships to ensure ongoing service and referrals.
- Advisory & Product Recommendations
- Recommend suitable Takaful plans (life, health, education, savings, retirement, etc.) based on clients’ goals.
- Explain product benefits, contributions, terms, and exclusions clearly.
- Ensure advice is Shariah-compliant and in line with regulatory guidelines.
- Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly sales targets set by the agency or company.
- Participate in marketing campaigns to generate leads and brand awareness.
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant products to existing clients.
- Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure all proposals, forms, and disclosures are completed accurately.
- Adhere to Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) and Shariah Advisory Council regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality of clients’ personal and financial information.
- After-Sales Service
- Provide policy servicing — updates, claims assistance, beneficiary changes.
- Keep clients informed about policy anniversaries, renewals, and maturity benefits.
- Offer continuous financial reviews to adapt to clients’ changing needs.
- Professional Growth & Team Contribution
- Attend training and development programmes to improve skills and product knowledge.
- Share market feedback with the agency/company for product improvements.
- Mentor new consultants when experienced.
- 12 months allowance (minimum RM3,500)
- Competitive commission for 72 month
- Bonus (Maximum 13%) for 3 years based on performance
