Relationship Manager

2 - 4 years of experience of fostering customer relationship & accounts activities maximising the lifetime value of each client.
- Proven experience in proactively managing an account portfolio, including identifying and resolving client issues and driving growth.
- High sense of accountability for the entire customer experience from initial contact through to deal closure/ad posting. (The customer service team will handle general queries).
- Hands on experience & meticulous in using a CRM managing client data, tracking interactions, and forecasting sales.
- Proven experience in delivering monthly/quarterly target.
- Fluent in either English & Mandarin or English & Bahasa Malaysia languages.
Note:
- This role involves managing accounts with monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
- Includes both account management and business development.
- Identifying new business opportunities within assigned accounts (upselling and cross-selling) and sometimes prospecting for new clients.
- Prioritize daily outreach based on account urgency, revenue impact, and relationship status.
- Drive account growth through upselling and cross-selling based on client needs and usage data.
- Manage renewals, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations with a focus on long-term value.
- Escalate and resolve issues to IT team while maintaining client confidence and trust.
- Participate in internal meetings to discuss sales strategies, client feedback, and product updates.
- Track pipeline progress, account status, and revenue forecasts.
