Company Secretarial Assistant

Assist in the preparation and filing of statutory documents with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) and other relevant authorities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date statutory registers, including the register of members, directors, and secretaries.
- Support the organization and logistics of board meetings, committee meetings, and annual general meetings, including preparing agendas, distributing notices, and taking minutes.
- Manage and maintain company secretarial records, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Provide administrative support to the company secretarial department, including document management, correspondence, and general office duties.
- Conduct basic research on company law and corporate governance principles as required.
- Assist in the preparation of resolutions, circulars, and other corporate documents.
- Ensure all company secretarial filings are completed accurately and within statutory deadlines.
- Handle general administrative tasks such as scanning, photocopying, and filing of important company documents.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders as needed for company secretarial matters.
