Associate Data Analyst
Proficiency in Malay, English and Mandarin is a MUST (We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients).
Open to all genders, minimum qualification: Diploma holder or above.
Familiar with social media and short video platforms, especially TikTok content and live streaming environment.
Strong analytical and logical thinking skills, able to interpret data and provide basic insights for strategy improvement.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and willing to learn.
Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce or social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
Collect, organize, and analyze daily operational data (e.g. traffic, CTR, conversion rate, etc.).
Monitor business performance and identify any abnormalities or potential issues.
Provide data-driven recommendations to improve conversion rates and operational efficiency.
Analyze marketing and advertising ROI to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
Collaborate with operation and live streaming teams to optimize content and advertising strategies.- Negotiable salary (based on experience)
