Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Software Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a consultant, you will bridge the gap between our innovative software solutions and clients' needs. You will manage the entire sales cycle—identifying leads, delivering tailored demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and fostering long-term relationships to drive revenue growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: 3+ years in B2B software sales or consultative roles.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Tech Proficiency: Expert user of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), Booking systems and virtual meeting tools (e.g., Zoom).
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Results-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Nice to Haves
  • Experience in the specific tech niche of the company (e.g., SaaS, AI, Fintech).
  • Experience with sales methodologies and IT project management.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and engage potential clients through targeted prospecting, networking, and social media.
  • Consultative Selling: Conduct deep-dive needs assessments to understand client challenges and present customized solutions.
  • Product Expertise: Become a subject matter expert on our software features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage deals from initial contact to close, ensuring consistent achievement of monthly/yearly quotas.
  • CRM Administration:Maintain accurate and confidentiality for records of sales activities, pipelines, and client data
  • Client Relationship Management: Build lasting relationships to generate repeat business and high retention rates.
  • Market Intelligence: Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activity to help refine company strategies.
