Account Executive

• Minimum 3-5years experience in handling full set accounts
• Knowledge of accounting software (e.g. SQL, AutoCount, QuickBooks, etc.)
• Good understanding of Malaysian accounting standards and tax regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Job Summary

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Full Set Account Executive to manage the company’s full spectrum of accounting functions. The candidate will be responsible for handling full set accounts, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting daily finance operations.

• Handle full set of accounts including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL)
• Prepare monthly financial reports, management accounts, and cash flow statements
• Perform bank reconciliation and monitor company cash flow
• Ensure timely closing of monthly accounts
• Manage invoicing, billing, and collections
• Prepare and submit SST / tax filings and liaise with auditors, tax agents, and bankers
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
• Support ad-hoc finance and administrative tasks as required
• E-invoicing

• Experience in audit or tax
• Experience in handling HRDC claim / project costing (if relevant to your business)
