Procurement Assistant Manager

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English, Malay, and MANDARIN (MUST)
- Transportation Requirement:Must possess a valid driving license and preferably own transport (car or motorcycle) for supplier visits and sourcing activities.
- Develop and implement purchasing strategies to ensure cost efficiency and quality.
- Oversee supplier selection, evaluation, and contract negotiations.
- Manage and control the procurement budget to optimize spending.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company procurement policies.
- Collaborate with chefs, operations teams, and finance departments to align purchasing with business needs.
- Monitor market trends and price fluctuations to make informed purchasing decisions.
- Supervise and train purchasing executives and procurement staff.
