Job Summary

The Finance Transformation Executive will support the execution of global finance transformation initiatives, focusing on process improvement, automation, and systems integration. This role requires a technically savvy individual who can bridge business needs with technical solutions, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and coordinate with external vendors to deliver impactful changes across finance functions.

Job Responsibilities
  • Coordinate business and system requirements for transformation initiatives
  • Manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery of key milestones
  • Communicate updates and progress to internal stakeholders and leadership
  • Collaborate with business users and technical teams to define needs and solutions
  • Liaise with external vendors to ensure successful project execution
  • Support users with issue resolution and process guidance
  • Address ad-hoc finance and system-related inquiries within defined timelines
  • Guide stakeholders through change initiatives and process enhancements
  • Foster collaboration across global finance, operations, and IT teams
  • Take ownership of assigned workstreams or project components
  • Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
  • Demonstrate initiative and self-leadership in solving complex problems
Functional skills and knowledge
  • Solid understanding of core finance processes (e.g., AP, AR, GL)
  • Strong knowledge of Treasury Management practices
  • Experience with Treasury Management Systems (e.g., Kyriba) is a plus
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and finance tools (e.g., SAP, GAPIM, Vendor Master) is a plus
  • Skilled in process mapping and business process improvement
  • Familiarity with project management and system implementation methodologies
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Hands-on experience with finance applications, digital tools, and automation systems

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder collaboration
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret business and technical requirements

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
  • Training or certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) or process improvement (Lean Six Sigma) is desirable
Work Experience
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or transformation-related roles
  • Prior involvement in finance system implementations or business process improvement projects
  • Experience working with or supporting global teams and external vendors is advantageous
