Job Summary
The Finance Transformation Executive will support the execution of global finance transformation initiatives, focusing on process improvement, automation, and systems integration. This role requires a technically savvy individual who can bridge business needs with technical solutions, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and coordinate with external vendors to deliver impactful changes across finance functions.
Job Responsibilities- Coordinate business and system requirements for transformation initiatives
- Manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery of key milestones
- Communicate updates and progress to internal stakeholders and leadership
- Collaborate with business users and technical teams to define needs and solutions
- Liaise with external vendors to ensure successful project execution
- Support users with issue resolution and process guidance
- Address ad-hoc finance and system-related inquiries within defined timelines
- Guide stakeholders through change initiatives and process enhancements
- Foster collaboration across global finance, operations, and IT teams
- Take ownership of assigned workstreams or project components
- Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
- Demonstrate initiative and self-leadership in solving complex problems
- Solid understanding of core finance processes (e.g., AP, AR, GL)
- Strong knowledge of Treasury Management practices
- Experience with Treasury Management Systems (e.g., Kyriba) is a plus
- Proficiency with ERP systems and finance tools (e.g., SAP, GAPIM, Vendor Master) is a plus
- Skilled in process mapping and business process improvement
- Familiarity with project management and system implementation methodologies
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Hands-on experience with finance applications, digital tools, and automation systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder collaboration
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret business and technical requirements
- Self-motivated, accountable, and capable of working independently or within a team
- Organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality outcomes
- Adaptable and eager to grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
- Training or certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) or process improvement (Lean Six Sigma) is desirable
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or transformation-related roles
- Prior involvement in finance system implementations or business process improvement projects
- Experience working with or supporting global teams and external vendors is advantageous
