Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, International Trade, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Over 3 years of experience in key account management, channel sales, or a related role.
- Prior experience in FMCG, retail, or consumer electronics sectors is highly desirable.
- Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Fluent in English both speaking &writing is a must. Proficiency in Mandarin will be a plus.
- Strong sales planning and execution capabilities with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- High level of commercial acumen and analytical skills to adapt to dynamic market conditions.
- Problem-solving expertise with the ability to address challenges proactively and creatively.
- Open to frequent domestic business travel to support business needs.
- Demonstrates resilience under pressure and thrives in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
- Build and maintain long-term, strategic partnerships with key clients, including major distributors and retailers across the Southeast Asian region.
- Regularly engage with key accounts to understand their needs and provide customized, value-driven solutions.
- Develop and implement annual and quarterly sales plans tailored to key accounts, ensuring the achievement of set revenue and growth targets.
- Collaborate with clients to optimize product portfolios, driving increased sales and market share.
- Oversee and process orders from channel partners, ensuring seamless order-to-delivery operations.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to avoid stock shortages or overstocking, while maintaining operational efficiency.
- Lead business negotiations with key accounts, covering terms of collaboration, pricing structures, and annual agreements.
- Manage and oversee client contracts, track their implementation, and address any related issues promptly.
- Analyse sales performance and market trends for key accounts to identify growth opportunities and improve business strategies.
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust key account strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Liaise with internal teams, such as logistics, supply chain, and marketing, to ensure key accounts receive exceptional support and service.
- Address after-sales issues effectively to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
