- Oversee helpdesk operations, ticketing, SLA compliance, and escalation handling
- Provide technical guidance and hands-on support for complex infrastructure, network, and security issues
- Coordinate with vendors and support procurement and asset management
- At least 5 - 8 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure environment
- Proven experience managing and leading a technical support team
- Strong experience with Windows, macOS, and Linux (deployment, patching, firewalls)
- Experience with DLP, endpoint/asset management, and MDM platforms
- Proficiency with IT ticketing systems
