Junior IT Executive (Mandarin)

Manage and support Microsoft 365 environment, including user accounts, distribution lists, and basic Microsoft Entra (Azure AD) administration
- Assist in Microsoft Intune for device and user management
- Provide remote IT support to end users and resolve daily technical issues
- Troubleshoot and support: Email and mailbox issues (login, sending/receiving, access), Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Laptops, operating systems, and common software problems
- Perform routine IT maintenance such as system updates, cleanup, and basic hardware checks
- Assist in basic network and VPN support, including monitoring routers, access points, WiFi, and connectivity issues
- Support WireGuard VPN user access and basic monitoring
- Maintain and update IT inventory, including: Software licenses and subscriptions and IT assets such as laptops and accessories
- Extract invoices and manage records for IT-related services and subscriptions
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for support, renewals, and issue resolution
- Utilize AI tools where applicable to improve efficiency and productivity
- Ensure tasks are completed independently within given timelines
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT personnel when required
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply training will be provided
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of: Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 environment
- Basic networking knowledge is an added advantage
- Familiarity with AI tools is a plus
- Able to communicate in Mandarin, Bahasa and English to ensure smooth communication with the vendors
