- Avid social media geek: Facebook, Blog, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube, Wechat, etc
- Skills in Email Marketing/ Google Analytics/ SEO/ SEM/ Growth Hacking/ Mixpanel/ Flurry/ Split testing etc. would be a bonus
- Creative, can-do attitude & energetic
- Able to multi-task, proactive and meticulous
- Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office & Adobe Photoshop
- Strong creative skills with a passion for design and decor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members, clients, and vendors.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for events.
- Knowledge of catering and event planning processes is a plus.

What You’ll Do:
Craft Cool Campaigns: Develop and roll out marketing strategies that shine across social media, email, print, and live events. We want your ideas, your vibe, your spark.
Create Scroll-Worthy Content: Work with our marketing squad to produce visuals and content that tell our story—think Insta-worthy food shots, behind-the-scenes videos, and event highlights.
Know the Crowd: Dive into market trends, client behavior, and the competition. Use those insights to tweak, test, and improve our approach.Run the Feeds: Manage our social platforms—post, engage, reply, and analyze. Grow our following and build a community that loves what we do.
Design the Vibe: Collaborate with clients to plan out decor themes that wow. From elegant wedding setups to modern corporate vibes—you’ll help bring them to life.
Style Like a Pro: Source props, decor, and styling materials. Keep things on-budget but never basic.Lead On-Site Styling: Be there on event day to style, set up, and make sure everything looks picture-perfect. Work closely with our team and vendors.
Stay Ahead: Keep an eye on design and marketing trends. We’re always evolving—your fresh ideas are welcome here.
Review & Improve: Look back at what worked, what didn’t, and how we can do IT better next time. Feedback is your friend.
