Job Summary (Brief summary of Job Responsibility)

Assist to ensure compliance with & adhere to Company issued directives concerning legislative compliance (OSHA 1994, FMA 1967, etc), pest control works, tasks required for audit compliance (food safety, halal and the like), DOSH's requirements (COP, ICOP, etc) such as HIRARC, SOPs, JSA, policies and the like & any other relevant task concerning OSH and government /local authorities (street lamps, rescue services, that requires your participation.

1. Daily inspections/ad-hoc spot-checks/internal audit of factories, company buildings & hostels on S&H matters.
2. Assist on OSH legally required activities such as SHC meetings, DOSH audits, audiometric tests, CHRA, Nadopod, etc.
3. Assist on OSH requirements by DOSH (COP & ICOP) such as SOPs, policies, HIRARC, etc.
4. Assist on Pest Control works i.e. field work monitoring, vetting claim documents & upkeep of pest trap equipment, relevant data acquisition for trend analysis purposes, annual contract vetting & renewal for all factories, buildings & branches/stores nationwide.
5. S&H data acquisition, vetting, compilation and carrying out trend analysis as required.
6. ERT formation, mock crises drill & management and all related equivalent tasks.
7. Assist in tasks required for product certification audits such as Halal, HACCP, ISO22000 and the like.
8. Assist & liaise with the government/local authorities (Bomba, Police, town council, etc) on relevant issue such as street lighting breakdown, utility disruption notification & rectification, landscaping trimming, eradication of poisonous
9. Any other task/instruction issued by the Company that requires your assistance.

1. Completion of secondary education.
2. Degree in OSH.

1. Communication & language (spoken & written) command (B. Malaysia & English)
2. Computer literate (MS Office).
