Sales manager/ sales engineer (conveyer)

We are looking for a talented Sales Manager for a established MNC that specializes in automation and conveyer services.
Reporting to: Managing DirectorLocation: Kuala Lumpur

the role- Manage sales and distributor relationships within assigned regions, including recruiting and developing new channel partners.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to drive regional growth and profitability.
- Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies, including channel business plans and partner negotiations.
- Build strong customer relationships through proactive engagement, after-sales support, and participation in marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams to prepare proposals, contracts, and solutions aligned with client requirements.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by maintaining a strong sales pipeline and territory growth plan.
- Bachelor’s degree/ diploma or equivalent sales training or experience.
- Availability for regular business travel.
- Extensive business-to-business sales experience, preferably in conveyer or automation industries.
- Excellent planning & organizational skills.
