Must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
- 2-5 years of working experience is required in construction, project management or related field
- Candidates shall be able to carry out task independently, possess high integrity and good interpersonal skills.
- Technical skills in Auto Cad
- Computer Literate, knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word, Project and Power Point.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Willing to travel to project sites as required.
- Experience handling JKR projects is an advantage.
- To assist Executive Director (Group Construction Division) & Project Manager to ensure the project pre-contract, implementation and post contract stage are following the requirement and specifications of the Client’s need and other regulating bodies. Coordination with consultants’ team and clients (i.e. JKR, JPP, JPS, etc.) for the necessary approvals and requirements.
- Monitoring of construction progress to ensure project on time completion and within budget via regular scheduling of site progress meeting, monthly reports and site visits.
- Prepare, manage and coordinate the financial aspects, (i.e. preparation and certification of IPC) related to the consultants’ fee payment, subcontractors, suppliers, etc.
- Liaison and coordination of works with internal and external parties e.g. other departments in the company, end users, consultants and authorities.
- Preparation of all related papers such as reports, memos and all correspondences for internal / external use i.e. Group Management Meeting, EOT, VO, CPC all presentation etc.
- To prepare memo & Purchase Order for appointment of planner, land surveyor, EIA & TIA consultants and soil investigation contractor during pre-construction. Also the estimation of consultants’ fee for fee negotiation
- To assist jobs & works that related to Group Construction Division.
- To adhere the organization’s Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption (ABAC) policy.
- Any other works & jobs that requested by Executive Director (Group Construction Division)
