About the job- Total Project Execution: The role involves end-to-end management of industrial construction and facility maintenance projects. This includes ensuring all work is completed on time, within budget, and meets superior quality (ISO 9001) and safety (HSE) standards.
- Technical Oversight: You'll provide essential supervision and technical guidance across multiple disciplines, particularly civil, mechanical, and electrical engineering works on-site.
- Coordination and Planning: Key duties involve developing project documentation, allocating resources (personnel, equipment, materials), tracking progress, and serving as the primary technical liaison between the project team, subcontractors, and the client.
- At least a bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 2-4 years of proven experience in industrial construction or facility maintenance projects.
- Strong technical acumen, proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings, and excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
