About the role

Telecontinent Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented and customer-focused Hospital/healthcare/Patients Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in our Kuala Lumpur City Centre office. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our hospital clients, with a strong emphasis on Mandarin language skills.

• Responding to inbound calls, email & livechat and inquiries from hospital clients in a professional and courteous manner
• Providing detailed information about our hospital services and addressing any questions or concerns
• Assisting with appointment scheduling, record keeping, and other administrative tasks
