Assist in recruitment

Maintain and update employee records and HR database
Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies, attendance, and leave
Monitor attendance, leave records, and ensure compliance with company policies
Support performance appraisal and employee evaluation processes
Assist in developing HR policies, SOPs, and procedures
Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB)
Maintain payroll records and employee compensation data
Handle payroll-related queries and discrepancies
Prepare payroll reports and support audits when required
Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow
Handle general administrative tasks and documentation
Support company events, team bonding, and internal activities
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
Basic knowledge of payroll processing and Malaysian statutory requirements
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
High attention to detail and confidentiality
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Able to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage
