About the role

Canon Marketing (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive and organised Print Care Assistant to join our team in Selangor. This is a 1-year contract role that is renewable based on performance. As our Print Care Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the administration and operations of our print services division.

• Provide efficient and responsive administrative support to the Print Services department.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
• Assist with the processing and tracking of print orders and related documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and databases related to print job details, customer information, and inventory.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure the timely delivery of print services.
• Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and organisation of the work area.

• At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably in a print or office services environment.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
• A customer-oriented mindset and a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure client satisfaction.
