Requirements:

• Possess at least KAP/PERMATA, SKM Level 3 in Early Childhood Care / Nursing Certificate / Diploma in Nursing / Early Childhood Education or Equivalent.
• Internships and fresh graduates are welcome, as the company will subsidy on course/training to continue develop on the professionalism.
• Experience in infant or toddler care (preferred).
• CPR & Basic First Aid certification (or willing to obtain).
• Knowledge of child development and infant milestones.
• Patience, empathy, and genuine love for babies.
• Responsible, reliable, and good communication skills.
• Able to work well in a team and follow the centre’s care protocols.
• Provide attentive, responsive, and loving care to infants.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and secure environment at all times.
• Prepare and feed milk/formula and age-appropriate solid foods.
• Maintain hygiene practices such as diapering, bathing, and dressing.
• Follow and maintain infants’ daily routines (feeding, napping, playtime).
• Monitor infants’ health and development; report concerns to supervisor and parents.
• Record and communicate daily care logs (e.g., feeding, sleep, bowel movements).
• Engage infants with age-appropriate stimulation activities to support development.
• Work closely with parents, nurses, and teaching staff to ensure holistic care.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and centre’s standard operating procedures.
