Customer Service Representative
- High proficiency in Multi languages (English, Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin), all in written and communication level
- Team playing skills with strong customer orientation.
- Strong communication

- Handling all inbound and outbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries,
- complaints, comments, feedback, and other raising issues related to the clients.
