Are you a detail-oriented multitasker who loves keeping things running smoothly? Do you thrive on supporting teams, solving problems, and ensuring everything is in the right place at the right time?At CocoFans, we’re looking for an Operations Assistant who will be the backbone of our B2B, event support, and production teams.

• You’ll handle order processing, delivery schedules, and stock movement for B2B, retail sales and events.
• You’ll coordinate with the BD and factory teams to ensure smooth handovers and timely deliveries.
• You’ll track sample distributions and ensure accurate client records are maintained.
• You’ll support the team with logistics coordination, problem-solving, and follow-up calls as needed.
• You’ll contribute ideas to improve workflow, stock control, and customer service processes.

• You have 1–3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or warehouse support.
• You’re highly organized, able to juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball.
• You’re a problem-solver who figures things out and gets them done.
• You’re proactive and take ownership of your work—you don’t wait for instructions, you make things happen.
• You’re fluent in English & Bahasa Melayu - additional language skills are a plus.
• Bonus: Familiar with basic stock tracking or logistics tools.
