Customer Service Operation (E-Commerce)

Job Descriptions:

• Deliver outstanding customer service via email, chat, and phone channels.
• Handle high volumes of inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Serve as a key point of contact, ensuring a professional and empathetic customer experience.
• Collaborate with internal departments
• Identify recurring customer issues and support service strategy improvements.
• Stay updated on policies, systems, and operational changes.
• Analyze customer feedback to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

Job Requirements:

• SPM/Diploma/Degree in any related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience is required.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu, both written and spoken.
• Strong understanding of customer service and logistics processes.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Must be able to work on rotational shifts, including weekends and Public Holidays.
