Accounts cum Admin Manager

We are seeking an Accounts Manager cum Admin to manage the company’s financial operations and general administrative functions in fire protection systems or construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Finance- Maintain full sets of accounts including project-based accounting, cost allocation, and bank reconciliation.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, and year-end accounts.
- Monitor project costing, claims, collections, and payment schedules.
- Oversee company cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
- Handle tax matters including SST, income tax, and liaising with external auditors and tax consultants.
- Track subcontractor payments, supplier invoices, and client billings in line with project milestones.
- Manage daily office administration, procurement, and office supply inventory.
- Ensure proper documentation of contracts, project files, insurance, and company licenses.
- Assist in tender document preparation and contractor registration submissions.
- Support company events, safety audits, and internal meetings.
- Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in engineering, construction, or fire protection industries.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., AutoCount) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail, good time management, and ability to work independently.
- Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus)
