Excellent command of Mandarin/Cantonese
- Certificate/ Diploma of Business Administration or equivalent
- Min 1 years’ experience in admin or clerical work is an added advantage
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Handle general administrative duties including data entry, filing, and document management
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and preparing meeting minutes
- Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors for purchasing needs
- Prepare simple reports, invoices, and assist in basic bookkeeping tasks Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation
- Support other departments with administrative tasks when needed
- Any other ad hoc duties which may be assigned from time to time
- EPF, SOCSO, EIS provided
- 12 days Annual Leave, 14 days Medical Leave
- Medical Claim provided
- 5 working days (Monday to Friday, 09:00AM-18:00PM)
