Sales Admin Assistant (Mandarin Speaker)

Minimum SPM or higher qualification

  • Proficient in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English (spoken and written)
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in admin, sales admin, or warehouse admin roles preferred
  • Strong skills in communication, reporting, and documentation
  • Good organizational and filing abilities
  • Ability to multitask, take initiative, and work independently
  • Competence in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic inventory tracking systems
  • Perform general administrative tasks for sales and warehouse departments
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports and documentation
  • Support sales team coordination and follow-ups
  • Manage and update inbound and outbound inventory records
  • Handle sales orders, delivery orders, and filing systems accurately
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operational flow
  • Assist with translation of documents and communication (Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, English)
  • Provide support for other tasks as assigned by the General Manager (GM)
