Sales Admin Assistant (Mandarin Speaker)

Minimum SPM or higher qualification
- Proficient in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English (spoken and written)
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in admin, sales admin, or warehouse admin roles preferred
- Strong skills in communication, reporting, and documentation
- Good organizational and filing abilities
- Ability to multitask, take initiative, and work independently
- Competence in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic inventory tracking systems
- Perform general administrative tasks for sales and warehouse departments
- Prepare and maintain sales reports and documentation
- Support sales team coordination and follow-ups
- Manage and update inbound and outbound inventory records
- Handle sales orders, delivery orders, and filing systems accurately
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operational flow
- Assist with translation of documents and communication (Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, English)
- Provide support for other tasks as assigned by the General Manager (GM)
