About the Role

We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic and proactive Account Manager or Senior Account Executive to join our vibrant team! You’ll be the heartbeat of client relationships—juggling multiple accounts, sparking creative ideas, and making sure every campaign runs like clockwork.
- What You’ll Be Doing
- Client Relationship & Communication
- Be the primary point of contact for clients,managing multiple accounts with confidence and care
- Develop strong relationships by understanding client goals, business needs, and brand personality
- Address client queries and concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction and trust
- Discover client needs and match them with the best solutions from our portfolio
- Strategy & Ideation
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, client meetings, and internal huddles to spark fresh ideas
- Research and assist with program development for existing clients and new prospects
- Create proposals and quotations with a creative lens—thinking through user journeys, interactions, and immersive experiences
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor moves, and emerging digital tools to offer strategic insights
- Campaign Execution & Performance
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of digital marketing campaigns—from planning to performance analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Production, Creative, Finance) to bring campaigns to life
- Conduct regular meetings and presentations to update clients on campaign progress and performance
- Monitor campaign metrics and prepare insightful reports with recommendations for improvement
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to grow client accounts
- Operations & Budget Management
- Prepare invoices, manage budgets, and keep campaign costs on track
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions that meet client objectives
- Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders about monthly/quarterly initiatives
- Perform ad-hoc operational duties and special projects as needed
- What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or digital marketing
- Experience in a social media or creative agency is a big plus
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask like a pro
- A curious mind that loves learning and adapting to new trends
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Expert knowledge of all leading social media sites, including their algorithms.
