Junior Business Development Executive

• Prior knowledge of solar energy or renewable energy solutions is an added advantage.
• Able to speak Bahasa and English fluently, mandarin (is advantage).

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, adaptable, and passionate about renewable energy and sustainability. Prepare customized business proposals in alignment with client needs, particularly for key accounts. Conduct site visits to gather technical and commercial information for project planning and execution.

• Coordinate with the engineering, technical, and project management teams to ensure smooth project delivery and optimal customer experience.
• Assist the Commercial and Industrial Solutions team with on-site assessments and client engagements.
• Provide regular updates and reports to management on project progress, client feedback, and business development outcomes.
• Stay informed of industry trends and client needs to contribute to innovative and effective business strategies.
• 5-day work week with all national and state-declared public holidays observed.
• Free SIM card with 50GB data.
• Quarterly RM50 vouchers (food or groceries).
• Medical claims up to RM1,000 annually.
• 13th month salary and attendance bonus.
