Job Description

We are expanding our sales team! Join us as a Business Development Executive (Junior or Senior level) to help drive digital growth for clients across Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, and the SEA region.

You will be based in our Malaysia HQ or Singapore office, responsible for driving new project sales across:

• Shopify Plus & Adobe Commerce
• Web & Mobile App Development
• ERP, CRM, POS Systems Integration
• UI/UX Revamp Projects
• Monthly Digital Services & Retainers

Requirements for Junior Level:

• 0–2 years experience or fresh graduates welcome
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Interest in digital technology, eCommerce, or sales

Requirements for Junior Level:

• 3+ years of proven sales or BD experience in tech/digital
• Ability to develop proposals and sell consultatively
• Comfortable engaging C-suite and high-level clients

• Source, engage, and convert leads across the APAC region
• Understand client needs and craft tailored digital solutions
• Prepare and present compelling proposals and quotations
• Collaborate with project & tech teams to ensure delivery alignment
• Attend client meetings, industry events, and networking sessions
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and activity using CRM tools
