We are seeking an experienced Finance Lead to drive both strategic financial planning and hands-on financial operations. This dual role combines high-level financial analysis and business partnering with day-to-day accounting responsibilities to support our growing organization across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities- Strategic Financial Planning & Analysis
- Develop and maintain financial models to analyze business performance and support strategic decision-making.
- Partner with Operations Directors to create quarterly forecasts and annual budgets.
- Conduct variance analysis against forecasts and budgets, identifying key performance drivers and improvement opportunities.
- Prepare board presentations and executive-level financial reports.
- Utilize business intelligence tools to analyze financial and operational data.
- Hands-On Financial Operations
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and ensure accurate transaction processing.
- Prepare monthly P&L statements, balance sheet reports, and manage month-end close processes.
- Maintain general ledger integrity and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and manage cash flow monitoring.
- Process Improvement & Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor finance team members across strategic and operational functions.
- Automate financial reports and dashboards while improving process efficiency.
- Serve as backup for senior finance management across all accounting and analysis functions.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in accounting, financial planning, financial modeling, and analysis.
- Proven experience leading finance teams and managing direct reports.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling techniques.
- Experience with business intelligence tools and financial systems.
- Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in multicultural environments and adapt to changing business needs.
- Excellent presentation skills with ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
