The role requires a responsible, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and consistently upholds professionalism and integrity in their work.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Prepare accurate journal entries, vouchers, and supporting schedules.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements, management reports, and statutory reports.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure completeness of financial records in line with audit and control requirements.

• Perform bank reconciliations, account analysis, and resolve discrepancies on a timely basis.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including fixed asset updates and accruals.
• Support intercompany and balance sheet reconciliations.

• Prepare and submit SST, withholding tax, and other statutory filings.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with local tax laws, accounting standards (MFRS), and company policies.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and relevant regulatory bodies as needed.

• Support treasury tasks such as payment processing, bank liaison, and cash flow tracking.
• Collaborate with internal departments (e.g. sales, operations, credit) to ensure accuracy and alignment of financial data.
• Participate in continuous improvement of finance processes and internal controls.

Qualifications & Requirements:-

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• Part-qualified or pursuing a professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA) is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) preferred.

• Senior Finance Executive: Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Candidates from shared services, audit, or commercial accounting backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of ERP/accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, UBS, or Dynamics) is a plus.
• Solid understanding of accounting entries, SST, and general ledger structure.
• Good analytical, numerical, and documentation skills.
