Quality Technician (Contract)

Summary:
The Quality Technician works closely with the Quality Supervisor and Quality Leader in the daily Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities to ensure all is being carried out as per requirements/procedures/instructions.Ensure the Measuring and Testing equipment involve in quality checks is functional and well maintained at workstations.Ensure all retained samples and quality records for Quality department are kept properly to facilitate easy retrieval.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- To ensure all QA/QC inspections (Laboratory, Extrusion, Printing, Thermoforming and Bag Making, Incoming and fulfillment) are carried out safely and comply with relevant procedures and SH&E requirements.
- All WIP and finished goods must be inspected as per Quality Plan before release for next process or delivery.
- No accident with MC due to not comply of SH&E procedure during QA/QC inspection.
- To audit In-Process Quality Checks and feedback to superior/ Production Supervisor/ Section Head if observe nonconformance.
- Carry out Bag Check Audit timely and report poor performance timely to Quality Leader.
- Ensure all 1st Off Checks carry out timely and reports immediately to superior if do not receive 1st Off Checks from Production.
