- Physical ability to lift and transport heavy equipment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot audio, lighting, LED screens, and other technical equipment for live events
- Install and configure sound systems, microphones, speakers, amplifiers, and lighting rigs based on event requirements
- Program and operate lighting consoles, ensuring proper lighting design for different events
- Perform sound checks, adjust audio levels, and ensure high-quality sound output during events
- Monitor and adjust lighting levels during performances, ensuring a dynamic and visually appealing atmosphere
- Collaborate with event coordinators, production managers, and other technicians to meet the technical needs of each event
- Maintain and repair audio, lighting, and related equipment, ensuring all systems are in good working order
- Ensure safety protocols are followed during equipment setup, operation, and teardown
- Transport and manage event equipment, ensuring timely setup and dismantling for each event
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technology in sound, lighting, and event production
