- Assist Senior Quantity Surveyors in managing project costs from inception to completion, including estimating, budgeting, and cost control.
- Support the preparation and submission of tender documents, bills of quantities, and contract specifications.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential cost overruns, and verify work completed against contract requirements.
- Assist in the valuation of work in progress, processing interim payment applications, and final account settlement.
- Help manage subcontractors and suppliers, including the preparation of purchase orders and subcontracts.
- Maintain accurate cost records, project documentation, and financial reports for internal and client review.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure project objectives are met within budget and schedule.
- Assist in identifying and quantifying variations, claims, and disputes, and support their resolution.
- Gain practical experience in contract administration, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
- Participate in procurement activities, including sourcing materials and services and evaluating quotations.
