- Advanced knowledge of digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager).
- Experience with CRM systems and audience segmentation techniques.
- Understanding of conversion rate optimization and lead scoring methodologies.
- Creative approach to campaign development and messaging.

- Design and implement sophisticated multi-channel campaigns across email, social, SEO/SEM, content, and strategic partnerships.

- Execute targeted reactivation campaigns using personalized incentives to re-engage dormant users.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook and Rednote.
- Conduct regular A/B testing to continuously refine messaging, CTAs, and landing pages.
- Achieve consistent improvement in conversion metrics and ROI.
- Track critical KPIs including conversion rates, cost per acquisition, customer retention, and CLV.
- Develop comprehensive reports and actionable insights for leadership.
- Implement attribution models to understand the effectiveness of various marketing channels.
- Use data analysis to identify optimization opportunities and inform strategy adjustments.
- Partner with sales teams to develop effective lead handoff processes.
- Collaborate with product teams to align campaigns with platform features and benefits.
