We’re looking for a proactive Admin Executive fluent in Mandarin who is ready to take on various responsibilities, from handling administrative tasks and event logistics to managing inventory and building positive relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of auction lots including photography, cataloguing, and item descriptions
  • Coordinate photography sessions and ensure high-quality images for catalogue and marketing use
  • Support catalogue preparation including proofreading and data entry into internal systems
  • Manage item packing, labeling, and handling to ensure safe storage and delivery
  • Liaise with logistics partners for transportation and delivery of auction items
  • Maintain accurate inventory records of all consigned and auctioned items
  • Ensure smooth coordination of curation workflows and support other admin tasks when required
  • Provide assistance during preview days, auction events, and post-auction processes
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as needed to ensure smooth workflow and operational success
