Junior Warehouse Cum Logistic Executive

Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields.
- At least 1 year of experience in warehouse/logistics (fresh grads welcome).
- Familiarity with inventory or POS systems (e.g., SQL, AutoCount is a bonus).
- Physically fit and able to handle goods when required.
- Disciplined, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
- Experience in MLM or healthcare industry is an added advantage.
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming and outgoing stock.
- Ensure accuracy of physical stock versus system records.
- Perform picking and packing of member and customer orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the warehouse area.
- Assist in monthly and annual stock counts.
- Coordinate daily delivery schedules with courier partners.
- Prepare delivery documentation, labels, and invoices.
- Ensure accurate and on-time delivery to the correct locations.
- Handle delivery issues such as damaged or lost goods.
- Process member/agent orders promptly and accurately.
- Support other departments during product launches or promotions.
- Track stock movements related to MLM activities and PV cut-offs.
- Generate periodic inventory and logistics reports.
- Verify purchase orders, delivery orders, and goods received notes.
