Intermediate Warehouse Administrator

• Proficient in basic computer operations (e.g., Microsoft Excel)
• Detail-oriented, responsible, good time management and team collaboration skills
• Mandarin-speaking candidates preferred (must be able to read and understand Chinese)
• Handle daily warehouse operations: goods receiving, shelving, and space management
• Manage e-commerce order processes for platforms like Shopee/Lazada
• Ensure accurate inventory records; conduct regular stock counts
• Maintain stock safety and quantity, and assist in optimizing warehouse SOPs
• Complete additional tasks as required by the company
