Diploma in Accounting, Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry and reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills in Mandarin, both written and verbal, to liaise with Mandarin-speaking colleagues and suppliers.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new accounting and administrative procedures.
  • eInvoice & Training will be provided.
  • Provide assistance to the Senior in daily accounting operations, including e-invoice processing, data entry, and payment processing.
  • Assist the Senior in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
  • Assist the Senior in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports.
  • Provide administrative support to the accounting and administrative departments, including filing, photocopying, and office maintenance.
  • Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper functioning.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing email and correspondence.
  • Provide support for other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.
