Diploma in Accounting, Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills in Mandarin, both written and verbal, to liaise with Mandarin-speaking colleagues and suppliers.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new accounting and administrative procedures.
- eInvoice & Training will be provided.
- Provide assistance to the Senior in daily accounting operations, including e-invoice processing, data entry, and payment processing.
- Assist the Senior in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
- Assist the Senior in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports.
- Provide administrative support to the accounting and administrative departments, including filing, photocopying, and office maintenance.
- Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper functioning.
- Handle incoming and outgoing email and correspondence.
- Provide support for other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.
