Overview

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team on a short-term, 3-month contract basis to provide administrative support with receptionist duties, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities
  • Assist with basic administrative and clerical duties such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning
  • Act as receptionist, manage inbound calls and route them appropriately
  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner
  • Support scheduling of meetings and booking of meeting rooms
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services
  • Prepare and issue sales invoices accurately and in a timely manner
  • Undertake ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required

Education and professional skills / knowledge

Experience & Education:

  • Minimum SPM qualification: Certificate/Diploma in a relevant field is an advantage
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Other skills:

  • Able understand and communicate in basic conversational English
  • Capable of multi-tasking and staying well-organised in handling tasks
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
