Overview
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team on a short-term, 3-month contract basis to provide administrative support with receptionist duties, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key responsibilities- Assist with basic administrative and clerical duties such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning
- Act as receptionist, manage inbound calls and route them appropriately
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner
- Support scheduling of meetings and booking of meeting rooms
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services
- Prepare and issue sales invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Undertake ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required
Education and professional skills / knowledge
Experience & Education:
- Minimum SPM qualification: Certificate/Diploma in a relevant field is an advantage
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Other skills:
- Able understand and communicate in basic conversational English
- Capable of multi-tasking and staying well-organised in handling tasks
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
