Diploma or higher in Media, Mass Communication, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Videography, Film, or related fields.
- Familiar with platforms such as TikTok Live, Shopee Live, Facebook Live, or similar
- Bonus if you have live-streaming experience, a fanbase, or experience managing content
- Strong creative sense in content styling and visual presentation.
- Excellent communication skills in English and/or Mandarin
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively under pressure.
- Open to feedback, learning, and growing
- Team player who’s collaborative and communicates well
- Plan and execute engaging live streaming content to boost brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Manage the full live streaming process: content planning, styling, image planning, studio setup, scheduling, and hosting (if required).
- Analyze live stream metrics (viewership, engagement, conversion) and continuously optimize content and operations.
- Research industry trends and competitor activities to propose fresh, innovative live stream ideas.
- Produce creative short-form content tailored for TikTok trends and audience.
- Host and manage engaging sessions on TikTok LIVE.
- Interact with viewers and build a loyal community of fans and followers.
- Join regular team training sessions to level up your skills in fan engagement, live performance & content strategy.
- Work closely with fellow creators, collaborate on ideas, co-host sessions, and grow together as a team.
