As an Admin/Operations Executive Intern at TusStar Malaysia, you will play a vital supporting role in the day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the organization. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a dynamic innovation ecosystem, working closely with startups, academic institutions, and government partners.

Success in this role involves effective cross-team coordination, timely execution of administrative and financial tasks, and proactive communication with both internal and external stakeholders. You will be an essential part of ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of TusStar Malaysia’s collaborative and cross-functional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the execution and upkeep of daily administrative procedures, internal systems, and basic operational management tasks.
  • Support financial processes, including expense tracking, invoice handling, and document organization.
  • Facilitate internal and external communications, providing administrative coordination and support for external engagement.
  • Collaborate with various departments to deliver operational support aligned with project timelines and evolving team needs.
  1. Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or a related field. Fresh graduates and current students are encouraged to apply.
  2. Proficient in both written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin; candidates with proficiency in Malay will be given priority.
  3. Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills, sound logical thinking, and a high level of task execution.
  4. Capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  5. Possesses basic knowledge of administrative and financial processes, such as invoice issuance and expense recording; prior experience in related tasks will be considered an advantage.
