Sales Administrator

1. We prefer those have experience in Fertilizer or Agriculture industry and must know speak and read Mandarin as need to dealing with HQ in China
2. Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Office suite
3. Experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the client & sales administration industry
4. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

About the role

As a Sales Admin, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales team at Garsoni (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, a leading provider of office supplies and business solutions. This full-time position is based in Kuala Lumpur and will involve a range of administrative and customer service tasks to ensure the smooth running of the sales function.

1. Providing administrative support to the sales team, including processing orders, delivery orders, managing customer enquiries, and maintaining accurate sales records
2. Preparing sales reports, invoices, and other documents as required
3. Assisting with the coordination of sales activities, such as scheduling appointments and following up on leads
4. Serving as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their queries are addressed promptly and professionally
5. Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
6. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to the development of sales strategies
