What we're looking for
- We prefer those have experience in Fertilizer or Agriculture industry and must know speak and read Mandarin as need to dealing with HQ in China
- Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the client & sales administration industry
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
About the role
As a Sales Admin, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales team at Garsoni (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, a leading provider of office supplies and business solutions. This full-time position is based in Kuala Lumpur and will involve a range of administrative and customer service tasks to ensure the smooth running of the sales function.
What you'll be doing- Providing administrative support to the sales team, including processing orders, delivery orders, managing customer enquiries, and maintaining accurate sales records
- Preparing sales reports, invoices, and other documents as required
- Assisting with the coordination of sales activities, such as scheduling appointments and following up on leads
- Serving as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their queries are addressed promptly and professionally
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to the development of sales strategies
