About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Admin & HR Intern to support our daily operations. This internship offers hands-on experience in administrative tasks, HR processes, and office coordination—ideal for students or fresh graduates looking to build a career in business administration or human resources.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in preparing and processing Purchase Orders (POs) and invoices.
- Support staff attendance tracking and leave management.
- Help process staff allowances and claims.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documents.
- Assist in recruitment activities such as interview scheduling and onboarding.
- Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and office coordination.
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a team environment.
