• Assist in preparing cost estimates and budgets
• Support in measuring and taking off quantities from drawings
• Help with tender and contract documentation
• Assist in progress claim preparation and site valuations
• Perform basic data entry and document filing

• Assist in daily site supervision and coordination
• Monitor site activities and prepare daily reports
• Support project scheduling and documentation
• Attend site meetings and prepare minutes
• Ensure safety practices are observed

• Assist in recruitment, interview scheduling, and onboarding
• Help maintain employee records and documentation
• Support admin tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
• Assist in organizing HR-related events or trainings
• Handle general office support duties

• Assist in data entry of invoices, receipts, and payments
• Support preparation of financial documents and reports
• Help with bank reconciliation and filing of accounting records
• Ensure proper documentation for audit purposes
• Learn and support use of accounting software (e.g., SQL)
